Peggy takes in a deep breath for courage just outside the bathroom door, steadying herself as she approaches, a touch more makeup around her eyes to allow for a smoky effect. She knows she needs none of this to please Steve, but it's also their first time and she wants to make it special. If she has her way, they'll get a chance to do this plenty and she'll have every morning to wake up to him, as natural as ever.
